Booking Policy
Hair must be pre-washed, blow-dried & free of any pre-existing product
PAYMENT
-Specify the DATE & TIME wanted when booking
-Please book at least 48hrs in advance, next/same day appointments will be considered EMERGENCY slots - these are £5 extra
LATENESS
-Message at least 15 MINUTES in advance to notify me if you'll be late
-If you arrive over the 20 MINUTE grace period a £10 late fee will be required
-After 30 minutes your slot will be cancelled
