Sign up via our service provider Registration Portal, complete your profile, upload verification documents, list your services and wait for approval.

Yes. Every service provider is manually reviewed to maintain quality. Only credible businesses and services will be approved.

Yes. Rejections may occur due to poor documentation, incomplete profiles, low-quality service offerings, or prior complaints online.

Payments & Fees

Plug’d charges a small 9 percent fee on successful transactions so that way only when you earn does the platforrm earn. and this fee covers all aspects of the platform while being so small it does not affect your earnings.

No. New service providers can access the platform anytime. Once you sign up, an authentication phase is triggered and once you are approved you are free to list your services.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You’ll be paid out directly to your linked account after service delivery and platform clearance. 

Also for the deposits, the platform handles the entire payments so you get your payments in full at once instead of a deposit and possible cancellation on the client part.

No. All charges and payout structures are transparent and outlined during onboarding.

Profile & Service Management

Yes. You can add multiple services under one profile as long as each service meets the platform quality standard.
Yes. Vendors can edit service listings, pricing, images, and descriptions through their dashboard.
Yes. Listings can be toggled on/off without deleting your account.

Reviews, Ratings & Support

Clients can leave verified reviews only after booking and completing a service. You cannot remove reviews but may dispute false claims and the admin will intervene to resolve the case.

Yes. service providers have the ability to publicly respond to client feedback.

Cancellation and no-show policies are covered in the platform’s terms. You will be protected depending on the service type and terms selected during listing.

Booking & Discovery

Use our search or filter tools to browse vendors by category, location, availability, or rating.

Yes. All bookings are made securely through the platform. You choose a vendor, select a time and service, message and confirm with the service provider and pay securely.

Yes. Every vendor on Plug’d has been verified through a structured review process for professionalism and credibility.
Yes. An account ensures your bookings, payments, and history are protected and easy to access.

Payments & Charges

Payments are made securely via Stripe. We support debit cards, credit cards, and Apple Pay (more payment options coming soon).

Yes. Clients don’t pay for access. You only pay for services booked.

Cancellation terms vary by service providers and will be displayed before booking. Some services have non-refundable deposits and/or policies.

Reviews & Disputes

Yes. Verified clients can rate and review a vendor after completing a booking.
Contact support immediately. Each dispute will be reviewed and resolved fairly with both sides involved.

Yes. Reach out via info@plugdspace.com. with the name of the service provider, proof of their fault and a detailed explanation of the situation.
